The apartments are located in the attic with two separate entrances. Each apartment has a living room with the fully equiped cooking corner including ceramic hob, microwave ovens, dishwashers and refrigerators, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, and one or two additional bedrooms.

In the ground floor there is situated lounge with bar and fireplace, wellness with sauna and jacuzzi for 3 persons, laundry, garage for bicycles and room for sports and game facilities.
The property includes an outdoor covered pool 3,5 x 7,4 x 1,4 m with salt water, counter and colored lights, outdoor shower and an enclosed courtyard with seating.
In the surrounding garden is prepared outdoor seating area with a barbecue fireplace and area for other sports games.
The building is fully covered by WIFI internet connection.
Smoking inside and in the inner courtyard is not allowed.
For our guests we have our own fenced parking.
