The property includes an outdoor covered pool 3,5 x 7,4 x 1,4 m with salt water, counter and colored lights, outdoor shower and an enclosed courtyard with seating.

In the surrounding garden is prepared outdoor seating area with a barbecue fireplace and area for other sports games.
